240342 - 120" System X Matte Black Heavy Duty Outrigger Post
This 120" System X Matte Black Heavy Duty Outrigger Post can be used in many ways. Attach it directly to the wall to have slotted post to hang or shelf out on. Use the wall mount brackets to mount if on the wall like a traditional outrigger. Have a big window you would like to make into a display? Use the ceiling and floor mount to secure it and you have a terrific window display. System X is made from heavy duty steel powder coated in black matte, making this system one of the strongest wall and racking systems on the market. Slots are double high and double wide making retailing items easy and efficient allowing fixtures to be inserted into the same slot, right next to each other. Measures 120" high x 1" wide x 2" deep. Can be cut to size. Slots are 1" high slot on 2" centre. Part of our System X store fixture system.
We recommend 2 of 240343 - Adjustable Wall Mount Bracket for 240342 System X Outrigger Post for each post if only attaching to the wall. If attaching to the floor and wall, only 2 wall brackets are required.
Attaching this post to the wall would involve you drilling holes in the solid side of the post and attaching it to a structural wall member.
Attaching this post to the floor and ceiling required the use of a 240344 - Floor Mount Leveller Bracket for 240342 System X Outrigger Post and a 240345 - Ceiling Mount Bracket for 240342 System X Outrigger Post.
We recommend a 240344 - Floor Mount Leveller Bracket for 240342 System X Outrigger Post be used on any installation to give you the ability to adjust the post. Alternatively, ask us about a simple 3/8" thread nylon leveler.
