How to get started with Custom Printed Packaging
A complete guide...
We are so thankful that you've trusted us with one of the most important parts of your business identity: Custom Printed Packaging. We are very pleased to offer your custom printed bags, labels, ribbon, boxes and tape. We print on many of these products in house, and also at our many domestic and global partners. Here are some of the steps that will help you expedite the process when you are ready to order custom printed packaging:
Your Logo
We require your logo in an vector graphics file. A vector image file is a type of digital graphic that can be scaled infinitely without losing clarity. Whether you enlarge or reduce the size of a vector image, it maintains sharpness and clarity.
They can be printed at any resolution without losing detail or appearing pixelated. Vector images are well-suited for custom printed packaging because of their ability to maintain detail. Common vector file formats include SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), and PDF (Portable Document Format).

The Printing Plate
One you have received a proof from us that will graphically explain
what we will be printing in the colours(s) you have chosen in the position on the product you have requested… we proceed to make a
printing plate.
Printing plates are essential components in the printing
process, serving as the means to transfer an image or text onto the
packaging you have chosen, normally only a one time charge which we
quote you on before proceeding.
There are a few of our printed packaging products that don't need printing plates and these are indicated
on the product pages. Different printing methods use distinct types of
plates. For example, the hot stamp printing process uses metal plates,
and ink printing uses polymer rubber plates. Sometimes you need
more than one printing plate depending on the number of colours you
are printing or the various size of bags you have chosen.
It's time to print...
Once the printing plate has arrived, we schedule your job with our printing department. Lead times for custom printed packaging can be as little as 2 weeks for some products to up to 90 days or more for large orders printed at one of our partner facilities. The printing process can involve various printing methods, depending on the chosen products. Each printed packaging job undergoes quality control checks to ensure that the printing is accurate, the colors are consistent, and the overall construction meets the specified standards. Once complete the product is packaged and prepared shipment to you.
