Our standard shipping schedule ensures that most orders are shipped out of our building the same day or the next day after the order is placed. If you take a look at the map on this page, you'll see just how long most shipments take after they have left our building. Truck shipments have a bit of a different schedule.

Tracking information by email will be provided once your order has left our building on all shipments except our local delivery service.

Purolator® Express: is a dependable air shipping service provided by Purolator. This service is designed for shipments that are time sensitive and are under 25lbs. This is an expedited service that we offer withing certain shipping zones. Purolator® Express is often a next day service.

Pick up when ready-CGY or WPG:

Using our pick-up service is simple and straightforward:

Place Your Order: Choose your products and place your order online or over the phone. Select the local pick-up option during checkout.
Receive Confirmation: Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call with details on where and when to collect your items.
Pick Up Your Order: Visit our facility in Calgary or Winnipeg at the designated time to collect your order. Our team will have everything prepared and ready for you.
Payment: You can choose to pay for your order by credit card on our website, or simply pay for your order when you pick up.

Local Delivery WPG or CGY:

At Retail Supplies by WR Display & Packaging, we understand that prompt and reliable delivery is crucial for our customers. To better serve our local clients, we offer dedicated local delivery services in Winnipeg and Calgary. This service ensures that our customers receive their orders quickly, efficiently, and without the hassle of waiting for standard shipping times. Orders placed before 11:00 AM local time are often delivered same day.

While we strive to provide accurate and competitive freight rates for all shipments, there are occasions when we cannot offer a standard freight rate due to the size or weight of the shipment. Oversized shipments or those requiring a truck due to being overweight necessitate special handling and may incur additional costs. In such cases, our team will work closely with our customers to determine the best possible shipping solution, ensuring that their goods are delivered safely and efficiently.
